Social media, its social media.
At least. for me it is.
I have recently realized that I was wasting way too much time scrolling short videos on my phone on social media. So much so, that I’d wonder where my three hours went… Every day. So I’ve completely deleted everything off my phone, thus turning it into a very expensive dialing device that does little more.
Strangely enough. I’m happy with the result. I have more time. I do more and get more done. I’m almost finished with the sequel to Light Bringers Bed and Breakfast. After that, I plan on working on the next book in the Aurora series. I don’t know which book I will work on after that. I want to do an enemies to lovers mech-suite verse. Then a revenge warrior/knights deal. I also want to work on the second book in my witch series. And, we can’t forget about the Priestess verse. I mean, the neverborn are very ready to torment Keely and crew again.
So many tales to tell, and so very little time in life.
Still I have more time since I am off social media. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still posting. But, it’s a pattern of, download app, post, delete app, and repeat. I know, I know, it’s a ridiculous way of doing things. I’d agree, but for me it is necessary. I want to live my life writing, not endlessly and needlessly scrolling. So, don’t be mad if you contact me there and don’t see it, it’s because I truly didn’t.
What’s next for me?
Dragon Con. That’s my next big event. I’ve applied for other in person events, but I’ve been waitlisted. So all that is on the horizon for me is Dragon Con. Truth be told, it may be a blessing. Preparing, packing and setting up in person events takes a lot, and takes time to recover from. I LOVE doing them and talking to people, but they do make me tired.
In the mean time. Do I publish scenes from the upcoming book. My characters Harlow and Ethan are stupid excited to share their story with you. Mostly because Harlow totally kicks demon butt.
Not much else is going on. So I’ll quit here.
